*sigh*.....Cats is was the one making fraudulent charges on Generic Character Made Out of the Author's Necessity's credit card.....his Chase credit card....Chase Manhattan Bank.

In the game Zero Wing, the character Cats says the line "All your base are belong to us."


Thus comes the line "All your Chase are belong to us" because he stole his credit card.
