Well, the anime follows the manga pretty much word for word, so excluding the horrid english versions' bad voice acting and translation, saying only one of them sucks isnt really possible.
Both the manga and the anime suck equal ammounts of Paris Hiltons naughty places. The nasty overlyused ones.
